Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC’s primary concern and goal is to preserve and enhance Fairfield Estates’ community and values. The ACC’s mission is to carry out a uniformed, objective plan for reviewing homeowner improvements and development within Fairfield Estates while attempting to fulfill each Owner’s request and needs.

If you plan on adding on to your home or making any other exterior changes you must submit a plan to the ACC before you begin.  This is easily done by email or fax. Please refer to the Forms & Documents section on our HOA web site for guidelines and applications.

City of Frisco Building Inspection Department

City of Frisco & Building Permits:  Currently, the City of Frisco Building Inspection Department requires permits for anything erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished. Please contact the Building Inspections Department before any construction begins. Violation of the ordinance may result in penalties or fines. This includes pool construction, fences, retaining walls over thirty-six (36”) inches, accessory buildings, and re-roofing. Repairing, painting and other decorative type work does not require a permit. To learn more, click HERE.
