Sean Murphy, President

Sean has been a member of the Fairfield Estates community since 2005. As a father of four and husband to Tara Murphy, his HOA efforts aim to support the value of kinship as we live and grow as a community. Through social and professional initiatives, Sean hopes to generate opportunities to enhance a secure and responsible community through a fun, interactive and team-based environment. Caroline Myers, Treasurer

Married to Edward Myers for 39 years with 3 children and 3 grandchildren, Caroline relocated to our community as a result of Hurricane Katrina in 2007. Caroline has been licensed in personal finance, real-estate and securities for 26 years. Her professional experience includes executive-level responsibilities within the banking industry for almost 3 decades. We are happy to have Caroline’s experience and knowledge in watching our community pennies!

Mike Nasiadka, Secretary

Mike has been a member of Fairfield Estates since building his home in 1997 when looking for a nice community to raise a family. Mike has been married to Cindy Nasiadka for 18 years with 2 children, Jake and Nicole. Mike served on the board in the early years of Fairfield Estates and is currently fulfilling the role of board Secretary. His professional experience includes 25 years in commercial construction as a project manager and estimator.
