| We are a
neighborly community made up of only 120 lots. Fairfield Estates is located 2
miles North of of 121 on Hillcrest Rd. We pride
ourselves on a lifestyle that is conducive to building a good reputation for our

| Swimming Pool-
The swimming pool is the number one hangout for many residents of FFE. The kids can splash
and swim while the moms and dads socialize and supervise.
The pool area includes picnic tables, restrooms & a payphone.

| Playground-
The playground is a favorite place for the kids of FFE to play
with its forts, tunnels and slides. |

| Pool Key-
All residents must have an access card to enter the playground / pool area.
Replacement cards are $50.00
plus cost to deliver and program. The standard time to program a
replacement card is 10 business days.
The bathrooms are controlled by an access code which can
be obtained from RealManage.

| Just a reminder, as summer approaches, the following rules
and regulations apply to all Fairfield Estates residents that use the
community pool, playground, picnic, and parking lot areas: Usage, Definitions, Season Dates and Hours:
- Pool usage is for Fairfield Estates residents and invited guests
only.
- Trespassers will be prosecuted (Police Non-Emergency 972-335-5505).
- All guest, regardless of age, must be accompanied by an adult
resident. Adult is defined as a Fairfield Estates resident 18 years
of age or older.
- All areas (Pool,
playground, picnic, and parking lot) hours of operation are 8am to 10pm
from May 1 to September 30.
- Pool is closed from October 1 to April 30.
- Playground, picnic, and parking lot hours are 8am to
7pm from October 1 to April 30.
Pool Rules- SWIM AT
YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
NOTE: Frisco City Ordinance requires no excessive noise after 10pm.
- Swimming pool and playground are available for homeowners
and their guests only.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied
and supervised at all times by an adult (18 or older).
- No glass containers in the pool area. No food or
beverages in the pool
- No pets allowed
- Appropriate swim apparel required.
No cutoffs allowed in the pool. Waterproof pants
or water diapers required for small children
- No putting sand in the pool
- Pool gates must remain closed and locked
at all times, and are not to be propped open or otherwise left unsecured.
- Members are responsible for damage
caused by themselves or their guests.
- Residents are authorized (and
encouraged) to ask disruptive and/or unauthorized people to leave the pool
area.
- No person may be in or near the pool
area in an intoxicated condition.
- The pool may not be reserved for private
parties.
- Absolutely no animals are allowed in the
pool area.
- Do not open pool gates to let in
unsupervised children or guests.
- No diving
- No running, yelling, rough play, cursing
or loud music is allowed.
- Members are responsible for personal belongings. Found
items will be placed in the bathroom
- Report pool contamination or other problems to
RealManage.
- No one is allowed in the water during bad
weather, especially during thunder or lightening storms.
