Association Dues Policy
Dues are assessed quarterly prior
to the due date. Payment deadlines are January 1, April 1, July 1, and
October 1.

To avoid late fees please pay your dues
by the due date.

below is the course of action including late fees for collection of past due assessments:

Assessments are considered past due January 2, April
2, July 2, October 2 and every month after on the first day of the
month.
All Late Fees are Accumulative

Accounts with balances will be mailed a statement each
month until the account is brought current and late fees will be billed
on the 10th of each month for accounts with an open balance.
Cash Application Policy
All
proceeds received from Homeowners will be applied to debts owed to the HOA in the
following order:

Late Fees/Finance Charges
2
Expense Recovery (Lawyer Fees, Postage,
etc)
3
Association
Dues
If multiple Late
fees/Finance Charges are owed, cash will be applied to the oldest and proceed to the
youngest until all fees for the category are paid. If
any proceeds remain after the Late Fees/Finance Charges are paid, the proceeds will then
be applied to the oldest Expense Recovery until all Expense Recoveries are paid. Once all
Late Fees/Finance Charges and Expense Recoveries are paid, any remaining proceeds will be
applied to Association dues. All collection costs are subject to change without notice.
