RealManage is the current management company for Fairfield Estates.  Please use RealManage for correspondence with the Fairfield Estates board of directors.

The resident portal allows you to now view your account online and to have several options of paying your outstanding balances.  You will have to register and login with RealManage to view your account information.

Architectural Modification Requests - Please fill out the Architectural Control Committee Modification Form (MS Word file or PDF file) and email to architectural@fairfieldestates.org or fax to 214.545.5154

Resale Certificates For Buying or Selling - When buying or selling a home, or when refinancing your mortgage, please note that your title company (the closing agent) must request a current Statement of Account (SOA) by contacting the RealManage processing department at www.realmanage.com at least 3 days prior to closing.  Please pass this contact information along to your title company, to ensure your closing goes as smoothly as possible.
